Most of us always face this problem wherein on one hand there are external problems at every moment in worldly interactions, and on the other hand, one is enmeshed in internal struggles and single-handedly has to solve them. We find that sometimes it’s our speech that has created some problem, or we are hurt by what someone has said to us, or we are thinking ill of others or we feel that some injustice is inflicted upon us or it’s just that we are not at peace with ourselves.
